Pre-Existing Businesses Looking to Reopen

Business owners! Have you closed down your doors for business and are looking to reopen? If your business needs to apply with the Secretary of the State for reinstatement, you may need to start with our office. Before submitting your Application for Reinstatement, you need to fill out a Tax Clearance Request with the Department of Revenue. This application can be submitted electronically. Once approved, it will be forwarded to the Secretary of State by us! The best part is, it only takes you 3 minutes to complete! The Tax Clearance Request Application states that you have no outstanding taxes owed to the state upon completion.
