Susan Christian Named Executive Secretary of the Commission on Gaming

We are pleased to announce that Susan Christian has been named the permanent executive secretary of the Commission on Gaming. Susan has served as the acting executive secretary since January and has been with the Commission on Gaming since 2002.

Tax collections eclipse $1.26 million at Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

The Department of Revenue’s tax collections at the 2019 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally are currently at $1,269,549. The revenue sum from temporary vendors in the Black Hills is a 1 percent decrease compared to 2018.
